We understand the financial pressures that recent Business Rates liability rules, put on landlords and we also know the challenges of being a landlord in a rural location.
Our comprehensive services encompass; organising essential property surveys and curating a comprehensive marketing package, (floorplans, imagery, and videos). Our strategic outreach will target a network of 700+ established business connections across the southern region of Scotland, bolstered by online exposure through our own media channels, Costar and Loopnet platforms.
Survey & Marketing Pack
This is all of the marketing/promotion materials and information to promote and advertise the space. It includes: Professional photography A4 Digital Brochure Professional videography Floor plan Creating thumbnails, imagery and media for all the relevant media channels Payable after producing materials and listing as above.
Communications and Promotion
We will use all of the marketing and insight capabilities in LoopNet and Costar to promote the properties digitally, this also includes direct marketing to the extensive Co-star broker list. In addition we will use our social media channels and promote the spaces on initial advert and regularly across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. Our mailing list is very South of Scotland focused and we will promote your spaces via direct mail from our MailChimp instance.
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Dependent on size
We can arrange an EPC assessment using our Borders based partner-assessors.
Client Contact
We are open for contact across all of our channels; Chatbot on website, website forms, email, 0333 tel number, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Loopnet... We respond same day and wherever possible set up a call to allow us to understand the client requirements, level of interest and to move to a viewing. After viewings we contact the client to establish feedback and move forwards to a contract.
Viewing
We can view the spaces or coordinate and promote open days.
Fees
We will price match other brokers and we are consistently better value and more effective than other brokers in the region.
